City of Cranston will be paving Metropolitan Avenue from Phenix Ave to Curtis Street (Meshanticut Lake). The process will begin after dismissal tomorrow, Tuesday, October 21st with the milling of the road and will not interfere with any part of our school day.

Following the milling of the road, paving will happen during the school day on Wednesday, 10/29/25 (Rain Date - 10/30/25). Here is a Google Doc that contains the entire plan for parking and traffic flow on that day for students and families.
We appreciate your attention and patience to this plan as we understand this is a disruption to our normal school day. As always, feel free to contact any administrator if you have any questions.

The Positive Behavioral Intervention and Supports (PBIS) initiative is a program that helps to create a positive culture in our school. It is a way that students can earn points for demonstrating such things as respect, responsibility, good deeds, academic success, and attendance. As students earn points, they can trade these points in for rewards and enter raffles.
The money raised through this fundraiser will be essential in helping us sustain the program. Please follow this link to purchase a bag of popcorn!
