Open House Announcement

Our Guidance department will be available starting at 5 pm to 7 pm in the library for a “Counselor Q & A” if you would like to meet your student’s counselor. In addition to our counselors, the College Planning Center (CPC) will be available in the library from 5:30 pm to 8 pm. The CPC will be offering support to start the FAFSA process with our senior families. They will be assisting families in the creation of their FSA ID and are more than happy to answer any questions you may have about the financial aid process for college. If you are interested

Principal's Message

Welcome to the 2023-24 school year at Cranston High School West. WEST is celebrating over 60 years of Educational Excellence in the Cranston community. At WEST, a dedicated faculty and staff of approximately 160 adults serve a diverse population of approximately seventeen hundred students in grades nine to twelve. We are fortunate that one of our buildings on the five building “college like” school campus contains the Cranston Area Career and Technical Center offering a variety of programs and opportunities for students. We also have a wide variety of school activities, sports and academic programs to meet the needs of our student population. In turn, it is one of my personal goals to continue to prove that Cranston High School WEST is a model high school for the State of Rhode Island.
